A.Y.M. SHAFA LIMITED was incorporated on 12th July, 1996 and licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) in 1998 to engage in the trading of Petroleum Products and Other Oil and Gas Services.
Within it’s first four years of operation, the Company grew rapidly and became a Major importer and distributor of Petroleum products across the nation. Thus giving birth to subsidiaries such as LANAKA PETROLEUM LIMITED, YANKARI OIL NIG CO. LTD, NANMAN NIG OIL CO. LTD, FOREX EXCHANGE, WIKKI FOODS PROCESSING AND PACKAGING LTD, AYM MOTORS, SHAFA FOUNDATION, ABDULMU’UNIN EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION AND SHAFA GLOBAL TRAVELS AND TOURS LIMITED.
It has been able to proffer effective and efficient solution to a wide range of petroleum products and problems facing the sub-sector. It also realizes the dynamic nature of the Oil and Gas Industry environment both locally and internationally and was able to design its methods and fashion out result that suits each situation in the corporate world.
The firm also recognizes the need for creating sustainable mutual business relationships between us and our clients. It has therefore put in place a workable policy tagged “BOTH PARTIES WINNING AT ALL TIME”. In other words, our personnel are taught that “business is not war”. The facts manifest in our long and lasting relationship between and us clients.
Our transport Division: bridges products to different parts of the country and to our filling stations. The Company is ambitious and willing to invest money aggressively in expansion programs by increasing the haulage fleets.
